While we have had a beautiful weekend it was also busy and packed with smiles. A big thank you to Northwest Derby Company for bringing Skatetown along with you to Kitsap Pride 2019! It was a great opportunity to meet people, and introduce ourselves to local participants and vendors. We were able to hand out many flyers and let people know of our goals. The entire weekend was a very positive experience for Skatetown and we cannot wait to meet more people at upcoming local events. In the future we will be calling out to volunteers to join us at events. You can sign up to volunteer through our website or email us at volunteer@skatetown.org for ways you can help out. Next chance to volunteer is July 27th and/or 28th with the moving of the CKHS floor into storage. Thank you to everyone who has been supportive of Skatetown and the efforts of everyone who has given their time towards helping Skatetown come to life. Together we can do great things.
